English Pea Pasta/グリーンピースとハムのパスタ

(Serves 1 person)
1 person serving of spaghetti
1 handful of fresh english peas
2-3 thin slices of ham
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 teaspoon of butter
salt and pepper
basil leaves

(1人分)
スパゲッティ 1人分
グリーンピース(出来れば生、無ければ冷凍)大さじ2
ハム 2〜3枚 1cm程細かく切る
オリーブオイル 大さじ1
バター 小さじ1
塩こしょう 少々
バジルの葉 少々

First boil pasta until al dente.
まずパスタをアルデンテまで茹でる。

After pasta is boiled, take out the pasta and boil english peas in the same water,
until they float up. (about 1 minute)
パスタが茹で上がったら取り出し、茹で汁を置いておく。
同じ湯でグリーンピースが浮いてくるまで茹でる。(冷凍の場合は茹でなくても良い)

In a heated pan, drizzle some olive oil and cook the ham.
熱したフライパンにオリーブオイルを入れハムを炒める。

Then add pasta, green peas, and butter. 
Season with salt and pepper.
パスタ、グリーンピース、バターを入れる。
塩こしょうをししっかり味付けする。

Top with basil leaves.
バジルの葉をちぎって盛ったら出来上がり。
