Asian food in California／カリフォルニアでのアジア料理

Thank god! There are so many Asian restaurants and markets here in California so I get to go eat or buy any Asian ingredients here without missing home.

I eat a good amount of Asian food because I do miss the food very much while I'm away from home. Out of many Asian cuisines, I'd pick Vietnamese food to eat here since there are so many Vietnamese people living in the area, and the restaurants are very common and authentic.

カリフォルニアにくるとアジア人が他の州に比べてすごく多いため、

中国系のスーパー、ベトナム系のスーパー、日系のスーパーもたくさんあります。

もちろんアジア系のレストランもすごく多いのでマイアミとかに

比べたらもう少しカリフォルニアの方がアットホームな感じもする...

一番中国人とベトナム人が多いので個人的にベトナム料理が一番オススメです。

泊まっているところはロサンゼルスではなくオレンジカウンティーにいるので

まずその辺りでのご飯紹介します。

This was the best fish out of all! Their desserts were great.

"Nem Nuong" 

If any of you are interested it is worthwhile to google this place!

They're famous for their pork spring rolls.

I have to say, I had the best Vietnamese spring rolls that I ever had anywhere.

地元の人に聞いたところかなり人気という事で行ってみました。

席がたくさんあるのに人が並んでパンパン！

生春巻きがすごく有名でネットのブログなどでかなり取り上げられているそう。

ここの名物と言われている生春巻き。

海老とかじゃなくてポークなのですが

ここで食べた生春巻きが今まで人生１番美味しかったって思うぐらいの美味しさ！

What's their secret? 

They put the right amount of ingredients in the roll and the pork is tasty and most of all,

the "crunch" that they put in the roll. It gives a crunch every time when you bite into it and this spring roll is a MUST try.

普段他で食べる生春巻きと何が違うのか気になったところ...

中を見てみるとカリカリに揚げたものが入っていて

ポークも美味しい上にカリカリしたものも美味しい！

これは必ずもう１回食べに行きたいレストランになりました。
