Yes, nuts are fatty but they are good fats to your body.
If you do some research on the food that you eat and the nutrition in them, you can build your knowledge about food and generally eat better!

I was afraid of eating nuts because I thought they make your skin break out,
but if you control the amount of the nuts you take in, it is actually super good for you.
I usually try not to eat more than a handful.
Very high in Vitamin E and the reason why I wrote 'raw' almonds is because you want to avoid almonds that are salted or roasted, apparently because they can be harmful to your body instead.
(Need to do more research on this part)
