and I absolutely looove drinking them for breakfast or snacks when I crave something sweet.
Personally for me, Bananas are a MUST.
They help thicken the smoothies and give a good natural sweet taste...
I'm still searching for some new flavors and looking forward to trying different types of smoothies.
Here are some that I've tried already...
Blueberry Bananas Soy milk
Bananas Mixed berries Almond milk
Bananas Acai berry Soy milk
Blueberries Bananas Spinach Soy milk
Mango Bananas Soy milk
Mixed berries Banana Soy milk,
on top is greek yogurt with some more berries.
Spinach Banana Romaine lettuce Soy milk
Mixed berries Banana Almond milk
Most of the time I use soy milk as the liquid and always use honey to sweeten my smoothies.
My other suggestion is to peel the bananas, chop them up and and freeze them in your freezer, keep them ready to be used at anytime.
